Proactive in meeting our needs

We are very satisfied with MAT; they are proactive with ensuring that our needs are met. If there is an issue with anything they have calibrated it is addressed quickly.

We receive our calibration due list 4 to 6 weeks before the due date. During the 4 ½ years I have been dealing with them there has only been 1 occasion when our thread gages have been delayed, the technician that handles this procedure had the flu. That was at the end of January 2013; they have hired another technician to handle these situations now. Since they provide both thread gage and electronic calibrations for us everything has to meet varying standards, which have been held. They are very helpful in addressing any pressing calibrations that may arise from time to time. The President of the company has performed on-site calibrations for us when the need arose. They are very easy to work with.

I have nothing but praise for the services that we have received from Measurement Assurance. We have used them almost exclusively for approximately 6 years to provide repair and calibration of the test equipment used to support our depot and field operations of our Agency. They are extremely responsive to all of our request and especially for what is some times an expedited turnaround time for low stock items. They have gone above and beyond OEM processes to repair old obsolete equipment that the Agency is still using and our depot is required to support. We have not encountered any issues with their quality of services and are treated like we are their #1 customer! I highly recommend them!!
