When measuring the self-discharge levels of Lithium-Ion Cells, it is important to take the TCV, or temperature coefficient of voltage, into consideration. Unless the temperature is absolutely constant, the TCV can have a wide range of impact on the OCV, or open-circuit voltage, so it should always be understood and considered to ensure accuracy.
