Pricing Disclaimer

Prices shown on all MATsolutions websites, including our online stores, are those in effect on the publication date and are subject to change without notice. Please call toll-free 877-825-5077 to obtain current price quotations.

Payment Methods

We accept American Express, MasterCard and Visa credit cards. Purchase order terms for Corporate, Educational and Government orders are net 30 days pending credit approval.

Order Cancellation

To cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible by phone at 877-825-5077 or by email. Please be sure to include your order number and reason for cancellation and we will assist you.

Check Order Status

To check the status of an order, please email us at Sales@MATsolutions.com. Please be sure to include your order number.

International Orders

For orders outside of the USA and Canada, MATsolutions accepts payments via wire transfer, and will ship the unit promptly upon receipt of funds. Contact us for wire transfer information.

Leasing

Leasing is available on equipment purchases through recognized third party leasing companies for those customers who prefer to preserve working capital or who want the flexibility offered by financing. The minimum lease amount is $2,000 and a variety of terms are available. All leases are subject to credit approval by lessor and all terms and conditions of the lease are between the lessor and lessee. For more information, please contact us.

Shipping Methods & Timeframes

Orders are shipped Standard Ground and customer is responsible for shipping charges, unless otherwise specified.

10-Day Right of Return

Not what you expected?  No problem, we'll take it back.  We're so confident in the units we deliver, MAT offers a 10-day right of inspection and return period — double the industry standard! 

Price Match Guarantee

If you find a lower price on an identical unit that MATsolutions has quoted to you, we'll match it.

  • MAT must receive a copy of the current and valid quotation from an Accredited Equipment Dealer
    • An Accredited Equipment Dealer has an ISO/IEC 17025:2005 Accredited Lab and Repair Facility, and offers Direct Warranty Support on the used test equipment which it sells
  • All units subject to prior sale

Lab-Certified Pre-Owned Test Equipment

If your unit fails or malfunctions at any time during its warranty period, MAT's ISO/IEC 17025:2005 Accredited Lab and Repair Facility will repair or replace it for you. Customer is responsible for shipping the unit to MAT, following the Warranty Procedure below. 

MAT’s standard warranty coverage period ranges from 3-12 months, and additional support options are available.  Contact your sales representative for details.

Warranty Procedure

The most typical problem we encounter is equipment which is damaged in transit. If you notice any evidence of rough handling, please take pictures of the carton and notify your shipping company or freight forwarder. If you encounter a problem with our equipment that is not the result of shipping damage:

  1. Please notify your salesperson by phone or email immediately, and provide a technical description of the problem along with any supporting documentation.
  2. Do not open or attempt to repair the unit yourself -- broken warranty seals will void the MATsolutions warranty.
  3. Expect to spend some time with our technical support staff, as many problems can be addressed over the phone. When this is not the case, we will provide you with a RMA number authorizing you to return the unit to us.
  4. After repairing the unit, MAT will pay shipping charges to return the product to you.
  5. In the rare instance when we are unable to repair or replace a unit, MAT will issue a refund for the amount of the purchase.

MATsolutions Right of Return Policy

MATsolutions offers a ten (10) day right of return on all Lab-Certified Pre-Owned Test Equipment unless otherwise advised. MATsolutions Right of Return Policy covers the following conditions: (a) If within ten days the unit(s) is found to be defective; (b) Unit(s) does not meet manufacturer’s specifications; or (c) Unit(s) is deemed cosmetically unsatisfactory (this includes any cosmetics that the customer was not aware of prior to the purchase).

MATsolutions Right of Return Policy does not cover the following conditions: 1.) Unit(s) does not meet a customer’s test application; 2.) Unit(s) is no longer needed for the customer’s application; 3.) And/or any other condition not covered by the previous statements listed above. A 15% restocking fee will be applied per unit returned under such conditions.

MATsolutions Procedure for Return of Equipment

Upon authorization from MATsolutions, a RMA number will be issued to the customer with instructions on returning the unit(s). Upon receipt of the returned unit(s), MATsolutions at its sole discretion may provide a replacement unit(s) to the customer or provide a credit to the customer's account in the amount of the purchase price of the unit(s).
